What You'll Do
- Build lasting client relationships in Denmark through face-to-face meetings, events, and pitches, presenting K&A as a trusted Danish talent agency.
- Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5 years), negotiate terms, nurture partnerships, and explore market opportunities.
- Work independently with flexible hours, aligning with clients to maximize success and rewards.

Who You Are
- A dynamic, self-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment, passionate about connecting clients and talent.

- Proven success in relationship-based sales or business development, ideally in IT, recruitment, or tech sectors.
- Fluent in English (essential); Danish fluency is a strong advantage; Swedish fluency is a bonus; based in Copenhagen for in-person client meetings.
