What you'll do
- Grow and own a client portfolio in Greater Copenhagen through meetings, events, and tailored pitches - positioning Kantur & Associates as a trusted Danish IT talent partner.
- Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our Nordic consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs.
- Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time.

Who you are
- A self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.
- You care about both sides – helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work.
- Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech.
- Languages
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Danish is a strong advantage
- Swedish is a plus
- Based in Copenhagen and comfortable with regular in-person client meetings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between your effort and your earnings.
